LEARN PROGRAMMING FROM WOMEN DEVELOPERS
FrauenLoop offers weekly evening classes to women who are serious about making a career change into tech. Every year, we offer three 3-month tracks of progressive full-stack Web Development, Data Science, Software Test and Automation, and Business Intelligence Analytics. Classes take place one evening per week, 18:00 - 21:00 CET.
We screen applicants for every cycle and tailor professional workshops to suit the needs of our students.
Our team of tech experts enrich our program with real-world techniques and critical mentorship. We make it easy to fit classes into time-constrained schedules, and we require at least an 85% attendance rate for program completion. Many of our graduates have gone on to mentor FrauenLoop students after establishing themselves in tech roles professionally. FrauenLoop applicants should be ready to contribute to a growing network of women in Europe who are working in tech.

1. I’m a university student who wants to learn to code while finishing my degree. Am I eligible to join FrauenLoop?
FrauenLoop does not accept women who are currently enrolled in university programs as students.
2. I was never good at math at school: I’ve heard that you need to be a math whiz to learn to code. Is this true?
No. With the exception of some machine learning, where math concepts are helpful, you do NOT need math to code.
3. I’m a professional woman who plans to return to work part-time after my maternity leave. Is FrauenLoop for me?
Given the competitive nature of tech sector jobs, we do not recommend FrauenLoop for women seeking part-time work.
4. As a woman of color / Muslim / over-35 / LGBQI+ / transfemme person, would I fit into the FrauenLoop community?
Yes! FrauenLoop is a diverse community of mostly women-identified people who welcome ambitious career changers.
5. I’m interested in earning a better salary. Coding bootcamps promise jobs in 4 months or less, does FrauenLoop?
FrauenLoop is intended for women willing to commit to a 12-month career change process & finding the right tech job.
6. I’m not sure I will like programming, but I’m interested in data science and AI. Should I join FrauenLoop?
Some women have moved from web > testing, or web > data. Motivation & commitment are the most important factors.
7. I’d like to do / I’ve already done a government-paid bootcamp and now I’d like to attend FrauenLoop. Can I?
Because most FrauenLoop students cannot attend sponsored coding programs, we do not accept bootcamp students.
8. My English is at a second-language level and not perfectly fluent. Can I attend FrauenLoop?
Yes - our mentors speak over ten different languages at native level - almost all of us use English as a 2nd language.
9. I’ve heard that FrauenLoop helps women find work in the tech industry. Can I send you my CV?
Unfortunately, we are not an employment agency and we receive no government funding. Therefore, we cannot support women outside of the FrauenLoop program who are seeking job placement services, job application support, etc.
